In the event that you feel that you have not received the level of professional conduct judiciously required by a Licensee then you have the right to address those concerns with us or with the Real Estate Agents Authority.
First National Marlborough Ltd (Licenced Agent REAA 2008) has an in-house complaints proceedure that is set out in the attached forms.
You should be aware that you may access the Real Estate Agents Authorites Complaints process on line at www.reaa.govt.nz without using Mark Stevenson First National's in-house process. Click here to view the REAA Complaints Process. If you do use our in-house process, this does not prelude you from using the Authories complaints proceedure as well.
