The History of First National Marlborough Ltd
First National Real Estate was established in NZ in 1985. Alan Tarrant, Peter Goodwin and Neil Clemens joined First National in 1988 as Tarrant First National.  All three had a long history in Real Estate in Marlborough with Tarrant Real Estate being registered with the companies’ office in September 1972.

In 1991 Mark and Bernadette Stevenson purchased the business renaming it Mark Stevenson First National Real Estate.  During 2007 Owen Norrish joined the company as a shareholder and director.

Then in October 2016 Stu McLean re-joined the company purchasing the Property Management division and becoming a shareholder director in the sales division.  February 2017 saw the company renamed First National Marlborough Ltd.

First National Marlborough Ltd has achieved remarkable success over the decades being recognised as one of Australasia’s top First National offices as well as New Zealand's top selling office since 2005.

Much of the credit for this success can be attributed to the team approach taken by all members of the company as well as a determination to be seen as Marlburians supporting Marlburians.  Whether it be Marlborough Plunket, Marlborough Hospice, Marlborough Sport or the Arts ,to name but a few organisations, First National Marlborough Ltd is recognised as being proactive financially supporting its community.
