Kathryn Anne Goodyer
Anne spent 25 years in the Banking industry working for the BNZ prior to commencing in 2005 with Mark Stevenson First National Real Estate. It's no coincidence that since Anne joined us we have been First National NZ's Top Selling Office. Anne's contribution to the team has been immense over the years and Anne can always be counted on to be loyal to her colleagues and clients alike.
Last year Anne was ranked number eleven in NZ a position Anne fully deserved. In June 2012 Anne was ranked Number 1 in New Zealand for confirmed sales.
Anne's personality has been shaped by a number of events in her life to date including the loss of her three year old son Ashley and more recently conquering cancer. Anne has a very positive view on life and this rubs off on her clients with whom she forms a very strong relationship with that often becomes a friendship. Anne's husband Tim and sons Christopher and Jayden are the anchor in her life keeping her focused on the important aspects of life.
One of the keys to Mark Stevenson First National Real Estates residential success rate of 83% is ensuring we have the right people who can relate to their clients and support them through what can be a major event in their lives. Anne is one of those people who can be relied upon to not only be up front with where the market sits but also ensure her client knows that she will maximise any opportunity to bring the best result possible. Once the SOLD sign is up Anne will still be there with some after sale help that has included efforts such as convincing her son Chris to borrow the bosses truck to transport a disabled clients effects to the North Island (a huge cost saving) while Anne stayed to vacuum and clean the property in preparation for the new owners. Amazing but true!
Anne prefers to host her own 'Open for Inspections' to provide that personal linkage between the buyer and her client and will immediately give you feedback from the buyers who have visited.
