COMPANY OVERVIEW
In 1991 Mark and Bernadette Stevenson purchased the existing First National offices located in Blenheim and Picton.
Together they set about building Marlborough’s largest real estate company offering a complete range of real estate services.
Over the years Mark and Bernadette have always endeavoured to create a personal touch with both clients and their large salesteam. Most of the current salesteam have been with Mark and Bernadette for many years ensuring the company motto “For an Honest Approach” is upheld at all times.
Mark and Bernadette have always made a strong commitment to the Marlborough area with sponsorships of the arts, netball, schools, Greypower, Stadium 2000, and Marlborough Hospice, parenting seminars, sports teams and individuals. As the number of sponsorships has grown so too has the Marlborough people’s support of Mark Stevenson First National Real Estate creating a “win-win” for all.
In 2007 Owen Norrish joined Mark and Bernadette as a shareholder and Director, bringing an additional 17 years real estate and management experience to the Company.
Located at the top of the South Island Mark Stevenson First National Real Estate regularly achieves National awards within the First National Network evidencing their strength in property management, residential, viticulture, lifestyle, rural, sounds and commercial sales.
Mark Stevenson First National Real Estate is locally owned but internationally connected offering a personal service in all areas, and since 2005 has been First Nationals Number one New Zealand Office.
Always open to change and often the first to lead, Mark Stevenson First National Real Estate has through innovative leadership and always placing the best interests of its clients first, matured like a bottle of good wine gaining the respect of its clients and the local community and building a sales, administration and property management team that are highly valued for their integrity and energy.
