Nottinghill is located on the corner of Murphy's Road and Old Renwick Road, right in the heart of Springlands, Blenheim's most sought after suburb. In this subdivision there are 70 lots being developed over 5 stages.
The landscape of the entire subdivision is paramount to the overall success of Nottinghill. The boundary along Old Renwick Road and Murphy's Road have been competely enclosed.
